Ms Aisha Gulab is a very dynamic, knowledgeable, and resourceful administrator. Her achievements in the Health Sector speaks volumes and she used that experience to play a crucial role in the preparation and application for ANS-A to ADEK and the Ministry of Education. Her tenacity and the will to succeed were the reasons the application was successful. She solely handed recruited students and staff for ANS-A during the heart of the pandemic and she personally approached parents marketing the school as a future outstanding school in Al Ain.  Parents entrusted their children in the care of ANS-A because of her commitment and trustworthiness.

 Ms Aisha put her personal touch to ANS-A and her involvement in Education is as strong as her involvement in the Health Sector is. Because of her Health background she was instrumental in setting up the clinic to fulfil one of ADEK’s Covid-19 protocols and is personally overseeing that all the COVID-19 protocols are fulfilled.  

Because of her excellent communication skills, especially with our parents, her insightful ideas that she brings to the table, it was an anonymous call by the School Principal and the Vice Principal to welcome her on board as an SLT member. Ms Aisha will be an asset to the SLT team.

 Ms Aisha has a vast experience in the Health Sector, especially Hospitals, Medical Centres & Home Health Care Medical Services (Elderly & Special Needs Children) and the setting up of these centres. She has been dealing with all the licensing processes of Facilities, Consultants, Practitioners, Nurses & continues medical educational programs (SME’S). She also enrolled in a Discovery of Photon Physiology Therapy and has had comprehensive training in Netherlands and Norway in 2019.

 She is a certified trainer and motivational speaker in different areas and has command over 6 languages. This is an advantage for communication. She has also been internationally involved in Network Marketing representing UAE and attended leadership seminars in the UAE, Egypt and Malaysia.

Ms Aisha holds a bachelor’s degree in library sciences and Information, A Diploma in Human Resources Management. She also has a diploma in Kindergarten Teaching and learning Techniques Development. She is currently reading for a Master’s in Business Administration: Project Management and Leadership.
