Primary – Grades 1 to 5
In Primary school, KIS follows the US Curriculum which based on Common Core California State Standards for English Language Arts, Math, and Next Generation Science Standards for Science. This balanced American curriculum gives more creative freedom to tailor the curriculum based on individual needs.
Supported by internationally recognized teaching and learning strategies, this personalized instruction is inquiry-based and hands-on. At KIS, students are supported by a wide range of co-curricular activities that ensure they can develop into well-rounded individuals who are ready to interact with their international peers.

At KIS, we also follow MoE curriculum for Core subjects: Arabic Language, Islamic Education and UAE Social Studies. Subjects are provided for Arab and Non-Arabs.
